Is there a delivery fee?

No! Noxx offers FREE DELIVERY. We do ask that you reach a minimum order total for delivery.

What is the delivery minimum?

Delivery order minimums vary based on the distance from the location. These minimums range from $50 – $250. The center zone has a minimum of $50, the outer zones have minimums of $75, and Holland, MI has a minimum of $250. When ordering online, the system will also notify you if you have not reached the minimum delivery for your location.

Am I in your delivery zone?

A map of our delivery zones (and minimums) is posted here. If you’re on the boarder of a zone and unsure if we deliver to your location, select Delivery when you create your order online. The system geo-locate your address and inform you if your location lies within our delivery zone.

What are my payment options?

You may pay via cash, or automatic withdrawal from your checking account (ACH). For this last option, you can provide your banking details through our secure e-commerce platform and it will be on file for future purchases.

What are the delivery ordering windows and How do I select one?

When completing your online order, you will be prompted to select from one of our 2 hour delivery windows. You must complete your order 30 minutes prior to the delivery window you would like. For example, you must submit your online order for delivery by 11:30am to receive your order between 12pm – 2pm. Pro Tip: Our delivery windows fill up fast. Consider ordering the night before and selecting the delivery window that is most convenient for you the following day.

I'm visiting GR. Can you deliver to my hotel?

Unfortunately due to Michigan’s cannabis regulations, dispensaries are only permitted to deliver to residential homes. Businesses and hotels are not permitted for delivery.

Is there a limit to how much I can order for delivery?

Yes. You are allowed to purchase 2.5 ounces of cannabis in a single transaction for delivery, which is the same limit as if you were to purchase in store.

Do I need to be home for the delivery or can you leave my purchase my door? Can someone else sign for my order?

The person whose name is on the order must be home for delivery, because per Michigan’s cannabis regulations, we must check ID. The person whose name is on the order is the only person who can sign for your order.

How do I get notified when my order is on the way?

Upon completing your online order, you will receive a confirmation text/email. When your order has left our store, you will receive another message. Also, our driver may call you prior to arrival.
